With over twenty-five years of building experience, John and Jeannie have been helping clients turn the home of their dreams into a reality.
John and Jeannie discovered a love of building when constructing their first family home decades ago. In those early days John did the framing, plumbing and electrical with the help of a few friends and hired professionals. They still laugh when they recall Jeannie helping to set the roof trusses. It was a family affair and their seven year old Justin insisted he could also help. With his determined hammering the little guy put a hole straight through plywood.
Fast forward a few years and John began a career in home building in the Atlanta market. There he built entire neighborhoods of customized luxury homes as well as entry-level neighborhoods for first time buyers. John finds great joy working with homeowners and managing crews of talented building trades.

John Sias
A custom home builder in Charleston, South Carolina, John has over 25 years of experience and has built over 500 homes. A Georgia Tech Football Hall of Fame alumnus, he brings award-winning expertise to every project. His accomplishments include being named one of the top 10 superintendents nationally by Professional Home Builder Magazine, EarthCraft Project Manager of the Year, and earning the Graduate Builder Designation from the National Association of Home Builders.
With experience building homes from 1,500 to 7,200 square feet, John delivers exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service to Charleston’s custom home market.

Jeannie Sias
With degrees in both fashion and interior design, Jeannie established Dream With Jeannie, Inc., now a division of Sias Homes, LLC. Her work in the television industry on both sides of the camera and her background in design landed her the position of free-lance producer and writer for HGTV and the DIY network. Examples of her work include the long running Home and Garden Television series Ground Breakers that was produced documentary style and HGTV’s Landscape Solutions that followed a how-to format. Working closely to bring homeowners together with the right designer or architect for each episode was a unique opportunity to appreciate a wide variety of design aesthetics and working philosophies.
Jeannie is excited to return focus to her design clients at Sias Homes Charleston. She loves creating homes with timeless appeal that function beautifully. Some of her most intriguing projects include designing and executing a TV Studio Kitchen for The Southern Dairy Association, helping clients with a small family farm join two outdated houses into one spectacular stone-clad farmhouse, transforming a series of previously sterile office building lobbies into individualized and welcoming spaces, and conceiving and running a Design Studio to serve builders and new homebuyers.
